NOLI-Q WF GLASS

NOLI-Q WF-GLASS is based on sol-gel technology. It reacts with the atmospheric moisture and self-assemble into ultra-thin layer of three dimensional structured coating layer; whilst the material strongly bonds to the surface in Nano-scale thickness and it is completely invisible. These structure gives the glass an extremely durable hydrophobic effect.
NOLI-Q WF-GLASS glass protection coating provides water & stain repellency, providing “Easy Cleaning” effect whereby adhesion of dirt, pollutant, stain, etc is greatly reduced. Providing with the hydrophobic characteristics, water runs off the glass panel surface easily and wash off dirt / dust during the rain or just by simple rinsing.
The completely invisible treatment cannot be removed by water, cleaning agent or with high pressure equipment. The extreme thin coating is a result of the lowest consumption rate on the market. Coverage rates up to 200 square meter per liter (appx 8000 square foot per gallon) are possible. Application
methods can be wipe, spray atomizing or dip coating.

Applications Area
External building
glass facades
• Sun roof (Glass)
• Shower Screen
• Solar panels
• Glass panels

Surface Preparation (Pre-Application)
A proper surface preparation helps to ensure maximum performance
and durability of our coatings. The surface must be completely
clean from grimes, dirt, dust & grease. Use our degreaser for normal
cleaning or Watermark Remover to remove severed stained surface.

Application
Make sure the surface is completely dry and the application surface
is below 35 Celsius. Separate the surface into small sections. Apply
with applicator sponge covering the surface horizontally and vertically, buff the surface in circular polishing motion with microfiber
cloth, buff off any streaks & residue from the surface. Repeat the
same process on the next area. Visible residue during the application process shows overwhelmed solution has been used, apply
the solution onto a microfiber cloth and buff the surface area until
the residue has been removed.
